Sea monster? looklikes yeah. I took a picture this 2 feet sized Poison fish a.k.a. Buktit (in my hometown Real, Quezon). During my childhood I always see a kind of this fish but were all smaller at about my palm sized. Unlike this one the biggest I saw and I think there are more bigger size out there the ocean.It can be eaten but must know how to cut off the poisonous part of this fish.
